My Approach

I want to ensure that the your organization is both stable and growing. The focus of my work is to help you  be as effective as you can be with sensible use of money and time. I provide this through more than 20 years of experience and an understanding of best practices. I work one-on-one with my clients and each of my projects is individualized to their goals and challenges. I offer sliding scale rates in order to serve every organization that needs my help.

My Story

Born in the Twin Cities, I began my life attending Children's Theater Company, Ballet of the Dolls and the St.Paul Chamber Orchestra which inspired me to take dance classes, violin lessons and receive my BFA in Theater from the University of Minnesota-Duluth. In my early twenties I started my own arts nonprofit and quickly realized what I didn't know--which was a lot. Instead of reinventing the wheel, I went back to school to receive my MA in Nonprofit Business Management. I have since had experiences I never would have imagined when I was that little girl, with so many inspiring leaders and artists. I feel extremely lucky to do the work I do.
